Today saw forty U17 boys attend their first training session looking to be selected to represent SEVA at the Inter-regional championship next year. Coaches Mort Bandar and Grant Eager led the session Thanks to the coaches, parents and the players for such a great event.

Silver for both Teams! Overall a good performance and result, unfortunately both teams were unable to take the gold, although the boys were on track for the gold, when player cramp, forced them to forfeit. Thanks to all who contributed to the success! Freda
First team photos from the Inter Regional Beach competition in Porthcawl, Wales. The 1st team girls are undefeated and both girls and boys have made the semifinals. We were given a wildcard for a second girls team as not all the places were taken.
SEVA teams did the region proud, taking top 4 positions in all four of the competitions! The hard work of all involved in the training beforehand was evident in their performance. The South East U15 boys won their very competitive pool by points difference of just 6 points! over the South West. The SEVA U17 boys finished second in their pool behind London and progressed to the semi-finals where they faced Yorkshire. They then played the East team in 3-4th Bronze medal match The SEVA team lost out narrowly, losing 18-21 and in a heart breaking 20-22 second set.
The South East U 17 Girls took Bronze at the Inter Regionals beating the South West 2-1 Congratulations to all. In the pool phase the South East came 2nd on set difference to London (the eventual winners) In the semi final the South east lost a close match 1-2 to Yorkshire
